De Monday Heel Sneakers van Balenciaga zijn gemaakt van rundleer en polyester en hebben een kromming die zorgt voor een onderscheidend, modern design. Het versleten effect en de zichtbare stiknaden versterken de doorleefde, handgemaakte esthetiek van het model. De achterkant van de hak is voorzien van het reliëf van de maat, terwijl het rubberen motief van het 3B-sporticoon elke kant en de tong siert, die ook in reliëf is aangebracht. Het Balenciaga-logo is in reliëf aangebracht op de buitenkant van de zool en maakt de look compleet, samen met de praktische hiellus.
