Return Policy – EmilieJoly.com

At EmilieJoly.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it to us.

Return conditions:
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all labels attached.
Returns must be accompanied by the order number or delivery note.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven defect.

Return procedure:
Contact our customer service department at info@emiliejoly.com or via our contact form to inform us of your wish to return an item.
Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your parcel.
Return costs are payable by the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, we will proceed with a refund to the original payment method within 30 working days.

Exchanges:

We do not offer standard exchanges. To change the size or model, simply return the item and place a new order.
