Return Policy – EmilieJoly.com

At Emiliejoly.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If an item does not suit you, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it to us.

Return conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging, with all labels attached.
- Returns must be accompanied by the order number or delivery note.

- Returns must be done in Express mode. No postal or standard service will accepted.

- For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven defect.

Return procedure:
- Contact our customer service department at [info@emiliejoly.com] or via our contact form to inform us of your wish to return an item.
- Once your request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your parcel.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
- Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, we will proceed with a refund to the original payment method within 30 working days.

Exchanges:

We do not offer standard exchanges. To change the size or model, simply return the item and place a new order.
